Changed photo storage method from database byte to Azure Blog Storage. I will need this storage for a lot more photos and videos for later development.

Created GetAllAsync within HomeContentServ and configured it in Visitor/HomeController. Need to work on Create property and new content page to start having all homepage properties in the table ready for rendering.
